Website Accessibility

The website meets level 1 (Priority A) accessibility standards as described in the w3c guidelines and it is compatible with the majority of text readers. Please see www.w3c.org for more information.

Event Accessibility

We aim to make our events as accessible as possible for guests with both visible & non-visible disabilities. For more information about the accommodations we currently have in place, please view the FAQs for each event here.

For our brokered events please see the venue website for more information:

Cheltenham
BRITs
Chelsea Flower Show
British Grand Prix
BST

We’re proud to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme, for guests with non-visible disabilities. Our team knows to look out for the sunflower symbol should someone need a bit more time, or any extra help while at one of our events.

Accessibility is at the forefront of all of our events; however, we understand that there is always room for improvement. If you have any questions or feedback about accessibility at our events, please get in touch with your Account Manager or contact us using the details below.
