The NatWest T20* blast is currently underway, seeing 18 counties playing against each other at both Oval and Edgbaston, from Friday 7 July to finals day on Saturday 2 September.
*T20 cricket was introduced as an alternative to Test Match Cricket. The format of play was created to be fast-paced and fun for crowds watching. A game takes place over approximately three hours with each team completing a 20 over innings. With a limited amount of time to play and with the aim to achieve the highest possible run total; play is explosive and full of drama.
To coincide with this year's T20 blast, we've put together a set of fun facts; from the all-time highest total number of runs, to the record number of catches made in the field. Whether you're a big cricket fan or a complete novice to the sport, you'll want to take a look at our fun fact sheet below!
