Your Role
- The role of an Event Packager is vital to the smooth running of the event and the enjoyment of our customers. Your key roles will be to;
- Send out the correct event card, ticket and other accreditation to our customers.
- Keep record of what has been sent, who to and when.
- Differentiate between paid and unpaid packages and deal with them accordingly
- Check the addresses of where the packages are going, keeping aware of overseas addresses
- Sending the packages out through the relevant postal service, 1st class or special delivery
The ideal candidate for this role will be:

- The ability to communicate at all levels
- Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Word, Excel, E-mail and Microsoft Office experience
- Flexible, “hands-on” approach with demonstrable experience of working in a pressurised environment
- Good use of the English Language and mathematical skills
- Efficient working method with a keen attention to detail
Our currently availability is:
Week commencing 2nd October
Week commencing 30th October
Week commencing 6th November
Week commencing 22nd January
Week commencing 19th February
Week commencing 26th February
We are aware that these dates might clash with University commitments so please let us know if you would need any flexibility to be considered.
Please note if you are successful in getting the job you must be able to work 9.30am – 5.30pm, with occasional overtime if required.
